IMC "Heart clinic" took part in IV International "LEAN SUMMIT" in Sochi

On the 7 - 8  of April representatives of the international medical centre "Heart clinic " visited the IV international "Lean SUMMIT" which was  held  in Sochi with the topic "Intelligent production systems – a new era of thrift".
The event was attended by more than 300 heads of major Russian companies, experts and practitioners from the UK, USA, Japan, Germany, Sweden, France, Spain. The summit was organized by the Fund of Oleg Deripaska "Volnoe Delo", ANO "Japan center "Kaizen" in the Krasnodar territory" and the Higher Business School of MSU named after M. V. Lomonosov.

During the two-day summit there were more than 15 interactive workshops, round tables, video conferences with foreign partners. For the first time  the lean summit  participants had  an opportunity to discuss  the application of lean technology in authorities and local self-government.  At the round table called "Lean regions and lean administrations" the region representatives discussed the issues of lean technology regional programs development.
Anna Makovsky, CEO of the international medical centre "Heart clinic" mentioned the summit as an, undoubtedly, important and useful experience: “Medicine is the same system as all other manufacturing facilities,  and the effective methods of managing this system allow to use the resources in a proper way to achieve the desired goals. In our world it means – to give care to a greater number of patients».

Iakov Trakht, project manager of the international medical centre "Heart clinic" stated: “Being a leader in using information,  technology and  management systems, "Heart clinic" , no doubt, is interested in  application of the latest world experience in these areas. The centre plans to put the basic principles of lean systems into the structure of the clinic at the initial level in order to ensure the effective management".

During the event, representatives of IMC "Heart Clinic" held a series of constructive meetings with leaders of Japan and Israel companies to discuss the further cooperation in the lean systems implementation.
