International Medical Center "Heart Clinic" staff training

January, 22, 2016 a course of training seminars for future employees of International Medical Center "Heart Clinic” started at FG Consulting center of corporate development. The first four-hour session was devoted to team building, as far as a good team is an important factor for concentrated efforts and coordinated work of hospital staff.

Anna Makovskaya, CEO of IMC "Heart Clinic": "Patient oriented model - is one of the key advantages of our center. This concept means improving the health status of the patient, keeping him a decent quality of life as well as surrounding with care, attention and love. Paying great attention to the implementation of patient oriented approach, we are willing to invest time and money in training of our staff".

Planned training sessions will include lessons on improving emotional and group cohesion team, effective communication with the patient, development of management skills, the study of social and psychological profiles of clients and the ability to choose the approach to each of them. The training will last until the summer of 2016.
