International Medical Centre "Heart Clinic" project update

The construction of International Medical Centre "Heart Clinic" comes to the finish line. At the moment the installation of external engineer networks is completed, as well the preparatory works for the future landscaping. The installation of cable networks is almost finished - this type of work is very important, because the future centre requires the first category of power supply. The building is extremely energy-intensive; the centre will consume more than 1 MW of electricity. The uninterruptible power supplies and distribution devices are already manufactured and ready to be shipped.

Facades of the building, architecturally designed as a ventilated vertical glazing tape, are currently implemented at 83%. The evaporators and insulated tanks for medical gases are delivered and installed. The "hard" engineering equipment is being delivered. Inside the building installation of internal partitions, fine finish of the rooms and stairwells, as well as doors’ installation are being carried out. Future medical centre is filled with all sorts of communications. Preparatory works for final finishing in "clean rooms" are completed – operating, preoperating and anaesthesia rooms. Finishing works are done in the technical areas of the building, and they continue to be filled with engineering equipment. Lifting equipment is already manufactured and ready for shipment, its installation will begin soon. The building will be provided with 9 lifts.

International Medical Centre "Heart Clinic" will open its doors to the patients in summer of 2016. The main Samara health project in the area of public-private partnership, "Heart Clinic" will save more than 10 000 lives annually. As the diseases cardiovascular system are the main cause of mortality in the world, the opening of the new clinic is a very important project for Samara region.
