The award was established be the Publishing House "Kommersant" in 2010 and is assigned for the contribution to the development of Russian business. One of the most authoritative awards among the business community of the country, it’s being assigned for outstanding performance in business development, taking into account the views of experts and the Editorial Board. During the last 6 years, the conferral took place in the major Russian cities such as Nizhny Novgorod, Tyumen, Novosibirsk, Perm. This year the ceremony was held in Samara as well, where our region businessmen were awarded for the first time.
Only 14 regional companies were awarded with "Businessman of the year 2016". Company “Sovremennye medicinskie technologii” was represented by the general director of International Medical Center "Heart Clinic" Anna Makovskaya. "The construction project of “Heart Clinic" is very important for the Samara region, it will not only improve the quality of health care, but also give the opportunity to save lives! We really appreciate this award, I would like to thank everyone who supports our project. “Sovremennye medicinskie technologii” has been working in Russia for more than 15 years, equipping medical institutions across the country with high-tech equipment. In 2014 the company launched the construction project of international medical center "Heart Clinic", which will provide medical care for patients with cardiovascular diseases. The centre plans to carry out about 11, 5 thousand of cardiac surgery operations per year, which will fully meet the needs of the Samara region. “Sovremennye medicinskie technologii” is the investor of the project, the construction and equipping of the clinic is conducted at the expense of the company, people will be provided with medical assistance under the program of compulsory health insurance.
